Give & Grow Foundation (NPC)

Registered NPC (2026/040706/08) helping adults complete their Matric and secure employment where they can grow.

We offer free job placements for candidates without Matric. Please click the button below to send us an email.

We also welcome sponsors. Many of our learners need books and study materials, and in some cases, a college sponsorship is far more beneficial for these applicants.

Learners also greatly appreciate work opportunities while they are supported through their Matric studies.

For donations and work opportunities, please email us at admin@giveandgrow.co.za

Did you Know?

Did you know that approximately 20 million adults in South Africa do not have a matric qualification; limiting their chances of employment, further education, and long term financial stability?

Give & Grow Foundation is a registered non profit company dedicated to changing this. We help motivated adults complete their matric and connect them to meaningful work opportunities.

Our mission is to support adult learners by linking them with accredited study programmes, mentorship, and career guidance. We also work with employers and sponsors to create pathways into internships, learnerships, and entry level jobs once learners complete their studies.

By combining education support with employment opportunities, Give & Grow Foundation aims to break the cycle of unemployment and poverty, and empower individuals to build better futures for themselves and their families.

We believe it is never too late to learn, grow, and succeed; and that every adult deserves a second chance at education and dignified work.
