Give & Grow reserves the right to accept or decline donations and sponsorships at its discretion. Allocation of funds, support projects, and beneficiaries is determined solely by the Foundation’s internal policies and compliance obligations.
8. Donation Terms:
All donations made through the website are voluntary. Donors confirm that funds are lawful and given without the expectation of direct personal benefit. Donations may be allocated to various programs depending on priority and availability.
